SIX FLAGS

Okay, it has been a long time since I have blogged....again. I am going to try to catch up in the next few days. Way back in April, we were bored one day and so we called Erica and asked if she wanted to go to Six Flags, and when have you ever known Erica to turn down a fun day. She is always game for anything. It was a fun filled day. It was hot though, very hot and so we found this splash park area and let the kids get wet. We were unprepared for the heat though so the kids just went in their clothes. They didn't even have shorts but they still had fun. Camry wanted to strip down like Claira but Erica thought she was too old. There was a boy there who looked to be about ten years old and he stripped down to his cartoon underwear. It was really quite disgusting.

It didn't take long for Claira to tucker out. When you go anywhere with Papa, you are pretty much on a dead run, especially at an amusement park. But Gentry is just happy to be there. She really is the best baby.

The kids loved this ride. I think Erica did too. I really like Six Flags because the children's area is really quite good and entertains even Scotty. He is too short to go on most of the big roller coasters, but there are enough that he can go on to satisfy him.

This was a ride like the pirate ship that rocks back and forth and after the kids were all buckled we looked over and realized that Claira was in a side all by herself and she just started crying. Scotty quickly hopped over and rode with her. He really is good with little ones...most of the time.

Doesn't Erica look like she is having a fun time? She really is fun to go with and I love that she is always "up" for anything. She convinced us to buy season tickets and we hope that we can join them a few more times before summer ends. We have only used our tickets once and my summer is half over so we need to get going.
